All information shared by clients with D R Capital Advisory is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We maintain strict professional standards and do not disclose any client information without explicit consent, except where required by law.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our advisory services are clearly outlined in the engagement letter. Payment terms are mutually agreed upon. Late payments may attract additional charges as specified in the agreement.

4. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

6. Changes to Terms
